The job included (14) locks with new hardware and installation. She made the process very easy for me. I emailed her with pictures of my doors; we had a couple of conversations by phone; she provided comprehensive estimates with several options and pictures. The day of the appointment she showed up on time and worked efficiently with cleanliness and consideration. Re-key Locks

Impressive
Laura, the Lock Lady, worked steadily for five hours, always showing me the various stages of each door and checking to see if I approved. Any changes in the initial assessment were thoroughly discussed. She helped me understand how various locks work and why, and what might be best for my situation.
